Fitness Band Yellow 150cm with customised print

The fitness bands are made in different strengths and are suitable for beginners and professionals. They help stretch the entire body, build strength and train your balance - suitable for fitness programmes of all kinds. The bands are made from fairly traded natural rubber FSC-certified fair trade natural rubber and are vegan (no casein used).

Each band is available in either 150cm or 200cm (length) x 12.5cm (width) and varies in thickness.

Red (0,20 mm) Beginner / Light Plus - 2,3 kilo*
Green (0,25 mm) Intermediate / Medium - 2,9 Kilo*
Blue (0,30 mm) Intermediate / Medium Plus - 3,6 Kilo*
Black (0,35 mm) Professional / Strong - 4,4 Kilo*
Purple (0,40 mm) Professional / Strong Plus - 5,2 Kilo*
Silver (0,40 mm) Professional / Strong Ultimate - 6 Kilo*

Use: 
Can be used for yoga, Pilates, gymnastics, Crossfit and many other exercises. We recommend stronger bands for well-trained people and bands with lower tensile strength for children and beginners.
