General questions
What is the minimum order value?
100,00 € net
Do I have to pay attention to any special features when using natural cosmetics?
FAIR SQUARED products must be tightly closed at all times. A regular visual and olfactory inspection of the products helps to determine whether the scent and consistency are unchanged. If possible, only remove the products with clean hands or a spatula.
What does the batch number mean?
In our new shop, the batch numbers are indicated on the invoice at the time of purchase. These are made up as follows: e.g. 201101 20 = year of manufacture 11 = week 01 = production cycle.
Why do FSQ products not have a best before date?
In accordance with legal regulations, our products do not carry a best before date / BBD(*), as they have a shelf life of more than 30 months. The symbol of the opened jar and the indication "12 M" mean that the product can be used safely for 6 months after the first opening.
Whether natural cosmetic products have become unusable can be checked by yourself in many cases: If, for example, the ingredients of a cream or shower gel have separated or the smell and/or appearance are no longer perfect, the product should no longer be used.
Frequently asked questions about FAIR SQUARED's Reusable Cycle
We depend on you to implement our Reusable Cycle system. Only if you return the glasses and other reusable containers to us, the circle closes. For this reason, we have summarised all the questions we receive here. If you have any further questions, send us an email to shop@fairsquared.com.
How do I send the jars back to you?
If you have collected jars to send to us, just make sure that you rinse them first and that they arrive undamaged. You can simply put some newspaper in the box so that the jars are protected from rough knocks.
Please use the following address for your package:
FAIR SQUARED GmbH
Hermann Heinrich Gossen Str. 4
50858 Köln
Do you also take back damaged jars?
Because we cannot reuse them, we ask that you do not return damaged containers to us. Just throw them into the designated glass containers.
Should I send the jars back to you with labels?
You do not need to remove the labels from the jars to return them. We would rather ask you to leave them on, as we have them professionally recycled.
Can I assume that the glasses are also hygienically clean when they are reused?
Of course you can. We have an experienced service provider on our side who assures us that the jars are put into a hygienically perfect condition before they are refilled. This is just as important as refilling reusable bottles for drinks, for example.
