To ensure that everything works as we’ve planned, the glass containers obviously need to be returned to us. But how exactly does that work? We’ll be happy to explain it to you using the diagram
- Jars, pots and future reusable containers are sold in Shops with their initial contents. An additional label stating that this is a reusable system informs consumers
- When well-positioned, the jars quickly attract the attention in your shop and are purchased by customers.
- The products inside are used up gradually.
- Once the containers are empty, we ask you as a retailer, to take them back. It is up to you whether you wish to charge a deposit for them. However, as a small token of our appreciation for taking part in the reusable system, we would like to offer you a flat-rate refund. If you have collected at least 12 intact jars or pots, please send them back to us together with the returns form. We will than transfer a flat rate of EUR 2 for postage and EUR 0,30 net per container .
- Once they´ve reached us, we send the containers for professional cleaning so they´re ready for the next filling.
- After the next filling, the cycle is complete, as the products go back on sale.
Have you collected enough FAIR SQUARED jars and pots in your shop ? We´d love to have them. Anything that is sstill in perfect condition can be returned to the cycle. To do so, send us a parcel containing at least 12 items so we can reimburse you. It is important that you include the complete return form in the parcel Please ensure everything is well padded before sendung it back to us:
