FAIR MOVE medical fitness bands (class 1) are manufactured in different strengths and are therefore suitable for beginners and professionals alike. They help to stretch the entire body, build strength and train your balance. Suitable for fitness programmes of all kinds. The bands are made from fairly traded natural rubber (Fair Rubber - www.fairrubber.org) in Sri Lanka and are tear-resistant and hard-wearing. They are free from animal ingredients (e.g. cassein), no animals were involved in the harvesting of the natural rubber and can therefore be recommended to vegans. The medical bands made from natural rubber degrade without leaving any residue after a few years. They are free from plastic, plasticisers and other harmful substances (e.g. carcinogenic phthalates). Each pack contains one fitness band, measuring 200cm (length) x 12cm (width). Safety instructions are included with each pack.

Many muscle groups throughout the body can be strengthened by training with the fitness band. It is suitable for exercises from yoga, Pilates, gymnastics, Crossfit and much more. We recommend stronger bands for well-trained people and bands with less tensile force for children and beginners. There is a QR code on the packaging for downloading various fitness exercises.
